Cathy is a Fort Hays State Alumni with a degree in Business & Administration. She worked in the non-profit world for 20+ years before moving into the private sector. All along the way, Cathy has been in positions to create change for communities, businesses and organizations. She is passionate about creating systems that organize companies for success.

He cares about small businesses and agri-business success in Kansas because he grew up in an Agriculture family himself. He believes that good people grow good businesses.

    Michael is a K-State Alumni, Certified Financial Planner®, Retirement Income Certified Professional® and has been a financial planner for 8 years. He founded Leading Edge Financial Planning, an independent fee-based financial planning firm in Wichita, KS, in 2017 after 7 years in the broker-dealer world. He has an in-depth understanding of tax saving strategies and succession planning processes and is passionate about making sure business owners have a thorough plan in place.
