Lonny brings his unique abilities to connect with people and to strengthen teams for better performance and results. Lonny understands the difficulties of balancing work in a business and the importance of strategically guiding the business for sustained success into the future.

    Lonny grew up with Midwest agriculture roots and understands the values of hard work. He offers his commitment to busy business leaders in helping them be forward-thinking, swift-moving, and change-navigating while staying focused on the vision they have created. Lonny has earned the respect of many organizations as a trusted resource in the pursuit of excellence and success.     Joni has enjoyed a career in human resources since her early days in the job force. Born and raised in central Kansas in a farm family, she continued to work in the Ag Industry, until she and her husband joined forces to birth their dream career and take it to the streets! Bandura Plus provides the opportunity to make good things happen for other people – in numerous industry environments!

    Human Resource and Performance Consulting are Joni’s primary focus. The processes that produce business results by maximizing performance of people and organizations provide great satisfaction. Joni values getting to work with amazing people and building strong client relationships

She brings knowledge and experience in Right-Fit Hiring practices and successfully implementing assessments to hire employees who will be top performers for your company. Additional services she can provide include employee handbooks, HR processes, HR risk-management processes, employee surveys, and supervisory training. Anita is a requested speaker and presents to state associations and SHRM groups on a myriad of HR and managerial topics.

Experienced in both the private and public business sectors, she recognizes the distinct differences of both employee culture and management styles. Kim is comfortable dealing with compliance and human resource programs in either a small or larger organization; as well as start-up companies. Her approach to problem solving has led to successful employee relations outcomes in complicated areas such as FLSA, FMLA, Workers Comp and ADA.

    Kim has managed a human resource department and knows how to help support business decisions that are cost effective and impactful. She believes in the value of performance management and measurement to achieve operational excellence from every organization.

    Darcy has spent her professional career working predominately in the hospital industry. She has held CEO/CFO and Corporate Compliance positions. She determined very quickly that the ability to lead people instead of managing them resulted in positive results for the corporations she led. She enjoys coaching the C-suite to front-line managers on recognizing the impact of their leadership abilities. Her Nebraska based ranching roots has given her the foundation to communicate effectively with leaders in the Midwest.
