Breakout Topic: Strategic Planning – Vision, Goals and a Plan that Sticks

Cathy is a Fort Hays State Alumni with a degree in Business & Administration. She worked in the non-profit world for 20+ years before moving into the private sector. All along the way, Cathy has been in positions to create change for communities, businesses and organizations. She is passionate about creating systems that organize companies for success. 


Cathy is an Organizational Coach & Programs Director with Bandura Plus.

Gina is a Fort Hays State University Alumni with nearly 20 years of combined experience in Business Operations, Human Resources & People Development. Gina is passionate about inspiring others to reach their full potential and growing businesses by improving employee performance & accountability. In this session, she will teach leaders & managers how to improve employee and team engagement. 

Gina is a business coach & team facilitator for Bandura Plus. 



Lonny Geiman

Breakout Topic: Leading from the front (Managerial leadership)

Lonny is the Principal Owner of Bandura Plus and is a K-State Alumni with a Public Relations degree. Lonny has over 20 years experience in leadership development, coaching, business planning and overall - growing people. He cares about small businesses and agri-business success in Kansas because he grew up in an Agriculture family himself. He believes that good people grow good businesses. 

Lonny is the principal owner of Bandura Plus.



Whitney Proctor, StoryBrand® Certified Guide

Breakout Topic: Branding through Story Telling

Whitney is a K-State Alumni who is currently finishing up her MBA, with 6 years of keynote speaking, sales and marketing training and executive-level coaching experience. She is a Market Force® certified coach, StoryBrand® Certified Guide and believes that the companies with confusing messages have disengaged customers and dissatisfied employees. Come and learn how to streamline and clarify your messaging so people listen!

    Michael Proctor, CFP®, RICP®

    Breakout Topic: Succession Planning – Leaving a Legacy, Not a Headache

    Michael is a K-State Alumni, Certified Financial Planner®, Retirement Income Certified Professional® and has been a financial planner for 8 years. He founded Leading Edge Financial Planning, an independent fee-based financial planning firm in Wichita, KS, in 2017 after 7 years in the broker-dealer world. He has an in-depth understanding of tax saving strategies and succession planning processes and is passionate about making sure business owners have a thorough plan in place.
